Why Employment Physicals are Important for Your Business

Businesses can significantly lower the risk of on the job injury and illness by ensuring their employees are fit for their roles with a pre-employment physical.

Many industries, such as construction and manufacturing have very defined physical requirements to protect their employees from harm. A thorough physical exam performed by an occupational health care provider can help identify any potential risk to keep employees safe and businesses compliant. â€‹
