Onsite Safety Solutions is a locally owned, women-owned occupational health and workplace safety clinic built to serve the businesses and workers of North Alabama.

We understand that workplace health does not always fit neatly into a 9-to-5 schedule. Our team provides a wide range of occupational health and safety services, including DOT and non-DOT physicals, drug and alcohol testing, respirator medical evaluations and fit testing, pulmonary function testing, audiometry, OSHA medical surveillance, workers’ compensation and first-aid care, CPR training, and more.
